An incredibly luxe new skin clinic has just launched in Sydney’s Revesby Heights after four years of anticipation. Ju Monique Skin and Beauty Clinic officially opened last night with an extravagant Grecian-themed reception, and family, friends, clients and brand ambassadors were thrilled to see the accumulation of years of preparation and renovations come to life.
Event attendees were treated to a cocktail-style event, catered by Doltone House including an on-site chef. Guests enjoyed roving nibbles and live music before migrating to the front of the clinic for speeches and the official ribbon-cutting ceremony – complete with pyrotechnics. An impressive number of prizes were donated by friends, brands and local business to be drawn on the night, including Babor gift packs, food hampers, fine jewellery, and a romantic getaway for two at the Crown Plaza, Hunter Valley.
The aim of the clinic is to take guests ‘on an unforgettable journey, entice you to escape the everyday stresses of living in this fast paced day & age, and provide a luxurious experience that will pamper client’s senses from head to toe.’ In line with this, Ju Monique is visually an opulent delight, fitted with all the luxuries you could imagine down to the last detail. Versace wallpaper lines the corridors, beds are dressed in plush fur throws, sinks are lit with LED tapware and almost every surface sparkles with trimmings of gold. The clinic even houses a Vitamin C infused shower, perfect for couples, plus an ANESPA® hydrotherapy spa bath, which was last night filled to the brim with red rose petals.
The clinic, which includes several breathtaking treatment rooms, spa room and outdoor courtyard, boasts an extensive treatment menu (unsurprisingly presented on thick black and gold card and presented in a spectacular gold embossed packet) including a jaw-dropping 30+ facial options from Babor, Germaine De Capuccini and Ultraceuticals, massage, body treatments, nail treatments, waxing and spa packages. There are plenty more high end packages on offer too, including lavish spa rituals and signature ‘Haute Couture Facials’, which not only include products brimming with diamonds or gold, but clients will partake in a mysterious, 3+ hour experience, which may or may not include luxury transportation, food and beverages.
The brains behind the stunning operation is Ju Monique owner, Jo Rifai. Jo’s mission for Ju Monique, she says, is about educating clients on how to care for themselves and their general wellbeing, taking this from their clinic experience and using it in their day to day lives. Additionally, as a proud breast cancer survivor, one of her main priorities is to use her clinic to give back.
A very humble Jo gave a few quick words to guests at last night’s reception before cutting the ribbon. “Thank you everyone for being here, I honestly really appreciate every single one of you. I don’t know who to say thank you more to because everyone is so special to me.” We can’t wait to see what else the future holds for her.
