The leading professional skincare and medical device providers are celebrating a new milestone, with many more in sight.
This week, Advanced Cosmeceuticals celebrated its 15th anniversary as one of Australia’s leading providers of premium skincare brands and cosmetic devices. What started with the distribution rights for SkinCeuticals paved the way for the birth of a cosmeceutical powerhouse, providing high-performance skincare brands and premium aesthetic medical devices.
“I always had a passion for business and actually started my first business at the age of 18 so I always knew that this would be my path,” says founder and Managing Director Catherine Biedermann. “However, what I didn’t envisage was the incredible journey I would have along the way… In an industry that is ever evolving in terms of development and technology, I am proud that we have remained at the forefront with the most innovative, performance-driven brands.”
Now highly-regarded and well-established among the Australian beauty industry, Advanced Cosmeceuticals boasts an impressive portfolio of brands and is the official distributor of Lutronic, innovative leaders of aesthetic medical equipment, as well as Cocoon Medical, Plasma Pen and HyaPen Pro by Louise Walsh International.
The company doesn’t fall short in the skincare game either, expanding its offering to include scientifically-backed brands such as Medik8, mesoestetic, CALECIM Professional, Lycogel and the newly launched dermatological-grade skincare brand, SkinMTX.
“When I set up Advanced Cosmeceuticals in 2006, it was always my goal to establish a reputable and reliable company that would become a trusted name within the industry,” Biedermann explains. “It has always been my aim for the company to have a reputation that is seen as ethical and with integrity. I believe we have achieved this by offering scientifically-proven, results-driven brands in conjunction with an amazing team who are the foundation of this achievement.”
Looking forward, Biedermann has big plans for Advanced Cosmeceuticals in 2022, including expanding the team as well as their physical office space to accommodate the growing demands and portfolio. The focus will remain upon the company’s strong stable of high-professional, high-performance and science-backed aesthetic medical devices as well as innovative skincare brands.
“We have just recently launched a new dermatological skincare brand, SkinMTX, which we are thrilled about and we have two more exciting professional skincare brands launching in the first quarter of 2022,” says Biedermann.
The 15-year streak doesn’t come without the dedication and belief of the Advanced Cosmeceuticals team. “This milestone goes beyond for me, on a personal level,” Biedermann continues. “My team, some of whom have been with Advanced Cosmeceuticals from the beginning, are the backbone of this company and who I take inspiration from daily. Our company culture is something that has organically evolved and I am honoured to work alongside a team that show respect for one another and have a level of dedication that I truly admire.”
