The French Beauty Academy were delighted to announce this week the completion of their very glamorous new education facility in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
The campus is a cutting edge, vibrant and ultra-feminine space for students to study various facets of the beauty and dermal industries – in the most stylist way possible! It aims to redefine the concept of a traditional ‘beauty school’, with top-to-toe French chic that doesn’t stop in the public areas. This extends from the iconic glass makeup room, all the way through to the student kitchen, complete with white marble island, black and blush bench seating and white tiffany chairs.
The stunning colour palette of black, nude and soft pinks is echoed throughout, with every space dotted with sparkling clear and rose quartz glass candle vessels, delicate brass pendant lighting, and ultra-modern pampas grass floral arrangements and fiddle leaf figs providing pops of colour. Pink fans will be head over heels with the blush tones continuing through to the walls, splashback tiles, cabinetry and even classroom doors.
The white marble and solid blush reception desk make a bold statement upon entry, along with a neon sign making known the now-iconic address of 300 Adelaide street. Filling out the space is a luxurious lounge area, with velvet buttonbacks, blush tub chairs and two-toned ottomans making for a comfortable waiting space. The impressive classroom fit-outs service all beauty modalities from make-up, skincare and advanced dermal therapies, body and salon treatments.
“Challenging the traditional notion of beauty has always been core to our philosophy and our mission ‘etre bien dans sa peau’ (to feel comfortable in one’s skin) is truly infused in the essence and energy of this new campus,” read the official press announcement from the Academy. “From the powerful philosophy quotes featured on display through to the rose candle scents, avant garde florals and stunning crystal centre pieces – women everywhere will fall head over heels in love with this space, while feeling at home and inspired all at once.”
The new facility was designed to complement The French Beauty Academy’s existing campuses in Brisbane and Robina, as well as expand their existing offerings. Courses include Beauty Therapy, Makeup, and Advanced Dermal & Laser.
