Here’s How You Can Navigate Your Business’ Success at Cosmetic Connect

In their first annual event, Cosmetic Connect promises a comprehensive exploration of key facets within business development for the aesthetic industry.

As the demand for cutting-edge practices in business development, client engagement, and clinical expertise continues to surge, staying ahead of the curve is not just a desire, but a necessity.

Enter Cosmetic Connect, a conference that serves as the compass for aesthetic professionals seeking to thrive in the realm of cosmetic business, marketing, and clinical practices. The event is filled with expertise, where industry leaders converge to share insights, strategies, and wisdom that exceed the norm.

Covering everything from robust business development and client experience enhancement to the intricacies of successful marketing and clinical practices, attendees can expect to delve into the nuances of setting measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the art of choosing lucrative brand partnerships, and the ever-relevant issue of cybersecurity for businesses in this digital age.

The mastermind behind all of this is Chloe McGrath, a marketing expert in the aesthetics industry. As the founder of The Aesthetic Collective and the visionary behind Cosmetic Connect, Chloe is a driving force propelling the industry forward. With her multifaceted expertise, she not only understands the intricacies of running a successful business, but also champions ethical and informed practices within the clinical domain.

Chloe’s insights are invaluable for those looking to enhance their business acumen, delve into impactful marketing strategies, and refine clinical practices for optimal client outcomes. We caught up with Chloe for a sneak peek into the wealth of knowledge that awaits attendees.

What motivated you to start Cosmetic Connect?

I have attended what feels like hundreds of conferences over my career. For those who are looking to expand their treatment offering or enhance their skills, the world is their oyster for national and international conferences and events.

With an industry with such a large number of small businesses and sole traders, I saw a large disconnect between their clinical knowledge and business knowledge. Cosmetic Connect  provides the opportunities for small business owners who work in and on their businesses to learn basic business fundamentals without investing in a university degree or a coaching course.

What makes Cosmetic Connect different to other annual aesthetic conferences?

Cosmetic Connect brings attendees face-to-face with beauty educators and industry leaders, who are constantly shaping the industry. Cosmetic Connect is solely dedicated to business development topics; this means that you won’t hear about product selection or injecting techniques, but how you can drive your business to take it to the next level. You will hear from subject experts in business management, accounting, marketing and business development with take away materials on each subject to ensure you can start improving from day one.

Share with us some of the speakers in the CC line up, including some of your favourites?

Adriana Dib is a specialist medical education expert and will be discussing how ongoing education should be an investment, not an expense and how to get the most out of the training provided by your suppliers. As someone who has spent extensive amounts of time crafting and delivering vital medical education, she is in prime position to help business owners get the most of their investment and training opportunities.

Emily Armstrong, a satellite injector with 11 locations across Victoria and Tasmania, will be giving unique insights on how she became a satellite injector and why she would do it all over again. This is a rare opportunity to discover another way to develop your business and meet new patients, opposed to a traditional bricks and mortar business structure.

Critical business topics including finance, recruitment and marketing will be covered with expert speakers including Lizzy Boots, Louise Wakelin and Kate McGrath. These women have been instrumental in the industry and are leaders in their space – we’re so privileged to have access to their knowledge and experience.
