Mala McAlpin 100% soap and alkali-free, Sebamed’s Anti-Pimple Gel is a soothing and gentle alternative for those who don’t respond well to very active treatments. As are all Sebamed products, the pH value is 5.5 – the same pH of healthy skin, to prevent any acid mantle disruption. This gel both inhibits the growth of acne bacteria, and provides moisturising agents (cucumber extract and hydrolyzed silk) to protect against flaky patches. Sebamed’s Anti-Pimple Gel is also paraben-free, aluminium-free, preservative-free and without colour additives.
