This outcome is possible thanks to the innovative Anti-OX Complex of lemon bioflavonoids and aloe vera.
Extracts of broccoli also stimulate the production of the skin’s own detoxifying enzymes, while specially processed apple water triggers an additional turbo effect.
Babor uses flash distillation to obtain Pyrus malus (apple) fruit water, which absorbs the valuable trace elements and minerals contained in apples and also enables the skin to form tiny channels to absorb active ingredients.
THE ORIGINAL
Besides HY-ÖL, the legendary bi-phase cleansing oil, the Babor Cleansing range includes super-cleansing phytoactives.
More than 60 years ago, Dr Michael Babor knew that oil beautifies the skin and cleanses it deep down. The hydrophilic oil, HY-ÖL, is applied to dry skin (do not moisten beforehand), to remove oil-soluble particles. Quillaja saponaria bark extract also acts like a dirt magnet.
Mixed with water and a phytoactive, the oil becomes a milky emulsion, which also removes water-soluble dirt, and at the same time moisturises and conditions the skin.
The Phytoactives come in Sensitive (pictured), Hydro Base (for dry skin), Combination and Reactivating.
THE NEW CLEANSING LINE
Gentle Cleansing Milk; can also be used with very little water, for example with moistened cotton pads.
Cleansing Foam; a light mousse texture.
Cleansing Gel and Tonic 2 in 1; For fast and easy deep cleansing, with an antibacterial action ideal for oily and combination skin.
Enzyme Cleanser comes in powder form when mixed with water turns into a fine foam for a gentle exfoliating effect.
Eye Makeup Remover is an oil-free formula to cleanse the delicate eye area gently. Thanks to its mild formula, it is suitable for contact lens wearers and also for lash extensions.
Gentle Peeling; Bio-peeling grains obtained from sugar syrup remove dead cells from the skin. For use once or twice a week.
Sugar Oil Peeling contains sugar crystals that exfoliate dead superficial skin cells, while at the same time precious argan, sesame and macadamia nut oils moisturise and nourish the skin.
Cleanse and Peel Mask contains salicylic acid and kaolin to gently remove dead superficial skin cells and sebum. At the same time, exfoliating grains made from cellulose gently refine the complexion, while provitamin B5 strengthens the skin’s barrier.
Rose Toning Essence contains essence of rose water with a special polymer to strengthen the skin barrier, balance moisture and lipid levels.
Thermal Toning Essence contains pure thermal spring water from the home of Babor – Aachen, Germany – packed with valuable minerals and trace elements, to relieve tight sensations in dry skin.
