DERMA-NEEDLE

derma aesthetics, leaders in collagen induction therapy (CIT), have released new needle cartridges for their derma CIT Pen to further enforce patient safety.

Simone Vescio, managing director at derma aesthetics says: ‘We are thrilled to be able to provide our partners with state of the art technology in the form of Advanced Microneedle Cartridges.

‘Therapist and client safety is of the utmost importance to us at derma aesthetics, a company that leads the way in CIT. The Advanced Microneedle Cartridges are made for single use.’

Simone says the product has a number of differing advantages over their competitors, including:

  • Patented Bio-Sleeve technology to prevent cross-contamination
  • Exhaust port to prevent suction and reduce risk of broken capillaries
  • Twelve sterile 32-gauge medical grade steel needles to minimise epidermal destruction and maximise results

‘The Bio-Sleeve feature is pivotal to the safety of patients as it allows the operator to perform a derma CIT Pen treatment in complete confidence,’ she says.

‘Fluids, serums and blood generated during the procedure will not penetrate the cartridge and enter the body of the pen device, significantly reducing the risk of cross contamination.

‘Comprehensive education and access to global experts such as D. Lance Setterfield (including his new book) are available through derma aesthetics.’
