Vive Active has welcomed their newest concept, Vive Sculpt, in partnership with the brand new Emsculpt NEO to take your workouts to a new level.
With a cult following and a newly opened Neutral Bay studio, Vive Active is set to take over the Sydney fitness scene with their unique brand of athletic reformer pilates, a trending wellness experience. And now, they are expanding their experience with a focus on total body wellness by giving members exclusive access to Emsculpt NEO and BTL Emsella treatments.
In an Australian first for fitness studios, Vive Active’s Neutral Bay studio will be the home of Vive Sculpt and the celeb-loved body contouring treatments that promise to burn fat and increase muscle without the need to sweat it out.
After Vive Active’s world class trainers get heart rates up under the glowing neon lights and pumping music in the reformer studio, members can experience the non-invasive body contouring treatment. The Emsculpt NEO is BTL Australia’s latest innovation in non-invasive body contouring using radio frequency (RF) and high intensity focused electromagnetic field (HIFEM+) technology.
Together they heat fat to temperatures that cause permanent damage and raise muscle temperatures by several degrees to stimulate a warm-up activity. Muscles in the treated area are then contracted and a single 30-minute session is equivalent to 20,000 contractions. After treatment, the fat cells are slowly removed from the body and the strained muscle fibres initiate a growth process.
Clinical studies have shown an average of 25% muscle building and 30% fat burning and it can be used to target five key areas: abs, glutes, biceps, triceps and calves – body parts that prove to be stubborn, even with a regular workout routine.
At Vive Sculpt, Emsculpt Neo’s sister technology, BTL Emsella, is also on offer targeting the often taboo topic of female incontinence as well as vaginal rejuvenation. This non-invasive treatment is a discreet and completely pain-free way to strengthen the pelvic floor and improve intimate satisfaction, all without having to do a single kegle exercise.
“We are so humbled to be chosen as one of the first to launch the world-leading Emsculpt NEO technology here in Australia. Vive Active is built on the premise of tech and exercise intertwined, always challenging how you can get the best out of your workouts, and I want to make sure our members are continuing to look at wellness through a much larger lens,” says Louise Keats, Co-Founder and Director of Vive Active.
The joining of these two industry trailblazers breathes new life into the fitness and wellness industry and looks to change the way we approach our fitness routines for good. Available from April 8, head to the Vive Active website to learn more.
